Pasta Making Class

Join us in our farm kitchen for Special Evening of cooking and learning with Chef Joel Gargano. Joel is a Branford native who started in the kitchen of Bar Bouchee and has developed a wonderful resumé of experience in the kitchens of NYC and the CT shoreline. Joel has returned to the area to open his own new restaurant, Grano, in Chester. Grano is  translated to wheat from Italian. Grano is a seasonally inspired Italian eatery and bar located in vibrant downtown Chester, CT. Chef Joel Gargano’s menu focuses on handmade pastas and locally sourced products prepared with simplicity and care. Grano’s dining room is a casual space outfitted with contemporary style set in the old Chester Savings Bank. Slated to open late fall 2017, Grano invites you to pop in for a quick lunch, an afternoon cocktail, or a bowl of pasta and a glass of wine at the bar. Come in for dinner and enjoy antipasti, grilled meats and fish and some creative pasta.

We are thrilled to spend an evening with Joel and learn about his techniques and his recipes, as well as get our hands in the mixing bowl ourselves. Grab a friend or two and join us for a delicious evening of cooking and learning.
