Please join us for a lovely fall harvest menu on our farm featuring produce, beef, pork, and chicken from Field House Farm. Reservations are a MUST. Private groups can be accommodated. This fall we will feature a 4-5 course menu prepared by Chef Jared Posocco and Chef David Borselle of a’Vert Brasserie.

New Date for Brew Dinner with Stony Creek Brewery

Stony Creek BeerOur brew dinner, originally scheduled for September 10th, has to be changed due to commitments on the school calendar in Madison. People who have made reservations are now realizing that it is Back-to-School night in Madison, so we have changed the date.

Our New Date for the Brew Dinner With Stony Creek Brewery is Thursday, October 8th at 6 pm.

All other information is the same.

Third Course (Chef Matt Backe):
Cracker Fried Chicken Succotash, Olive Oil Potato Carrot Rosemary Sauce

Fourth Course (Chef James Lynn):
Red Wine Braised Beefalo Short Rib, Glazed Root Vegetables, Popcorn “Polenta” & Garden Herb Jus

Easy Breezy Friday

Please join us for a newly formatted Easy Breezy Friday night on the farm. We will be providing a more casual dining experience on the farm. The focus continues to be on local and seasonal 3 course menu prepared by Chef Jared Posocco of a’Vert Brassiere in West Hartford. This is a BYOB (or W) evening. Reservations are a must. $80/person.

This summer we will feature a 4-5 course menu prepared by Chef Jared Posocco and Chef David Borselle of a’Vert Brasserie. These fine chefs will be featured this summer at the James Beard House in NYC. Come see them here first! Dates for these summer dinners are below:

Reservations are a MUST, and are now being accepted. Private groups can be accommodated. Seating is available for all parties up to 30 people.

Our dinner series runs 12 months of the year and is available for private bookings. Seasonally, we can accommodate outdoor dining for larger groups.
